E&Y uses SHL tests, Deloitte uses in some areas of the world SHL tests but e.g. Czech Republic they use (2011) so called logical test which includes verbal reasoning, numeracy tests (charts interpretation, tables, list). BCG uses numeracy test as long as 60 min where calculator is not allowed. Barclays uses 12 min test on-line. CitiBank uses online numerical test lasting 15 min.

Well, ASDA has a pretty good graduate recruitment scheme and they are hiring for 2011

FYI - ASDA is a major UK retailer (and now part of Walmart, the US giant). I've read that their graduate programme is really good.

Barclays Capital (www.barcap.com) has a numerical test, but their careers page isn't very helpful. I believe they are needed for those who try to get into investment banking with them.
I think some industry companies do it too but I am yet to find out.
